Postby imbroken » Sun Apr 08, 2012 8:23 am

Well, after all this time and exams, getting all the information in, was denied for my neuropathies, Am looking for help in getting more information.
Had two drs say it was connected to the water, but apparently they were not detailed enough to get the award. Can someone help me?

Appreciate any help

if this was not an appeal that was denied, you have the option of sending in additional information in support of your claim, as we did. I would go through the section above on the awards and pick out the claims that were awarded for PN. Rico was awarded for PN but it was secondary to diabetes. His original claim was denied for all the items he asked for and then was awarded after additional information was submitted and a second C & P exam. Also, get a copy of your C & P exam and see if you can request a second one based on the original examiners opinions. Check out the websites in the information section here and send in all of this information.

Most importantly DON"T GIVE UP! Keep fighting.

Andy,
I will help you.
John received 220% total -- 150% was based on his neuropathy.
I would be happy to share what I have.
I will email you my telephone number.
