9th Circuit refuses to order VA to stop violating Vet rights

All I can say is it's San Francisco and those who are very familiar with the 9th Circuit know exactly what that means!

I disagree with the conservative leanings of the current Supreme Court and their over turning law that has been in place for decades simply because there are five justices there who were appointed by Republican presidents. The tact that the 9th Circuit is taking here though, needs to be over turned since it effectively removes the right of veterans to seek enforcement of their constitutional rights as they relate to VA inaction or failure to follow the law of the land.
