ATSDR Questionnaire

I hope this post finds everyone doing well. I wanted to let you know of two new things on the site which may prove to be helpful and/or beneficial.

The first is a questionnaire from the ATSDR. Frank Bove, a Senior Epidemiologist at the ATSDR, asked that we post it on our website. Responses are needed by February 15, 2008. You may email or phone in your responses. The questionnaire is listed on the home page of TFTPTF.

The second is to let everyone know that the Form 95 Help website is back up and running. The website is www.form95help.com or you can link to it directly from our home page.

I hope that everyone had a happy and safe holiday season. I am confident that during this new year great strides will be taken and results of everyone's hard work will finally come to fruition.

On a more solemn note, President Bush vetoed the Defense Authorization Bill, in which the USMC was required to notify former Marines, civilians, etc. about the contamination. I would urge everyone to continue to contact their local media and state representatives to ensure that the Camp Lejeune section will be included in the rewrite of the Defense Authorization Bill.
