(IMRE) Then if your case has merrit, and the documentation is in order he is able to complet the task for 1250. He can be reached @ dennisw1201@mac.com. He provided a great letter for me, and has been thoughtful and considerate as well. He is very thorough.

I believe he will be helpful to many on this board, and can save you a lot of money for the IMRE. He is a veteran and served in Iraq. He will help you out.

Hmmm, this price seems a bit steep. I would hate to have to pay this amount of money in order to get a Nexus letter, especially since they recommend that the writer of the letter is someone who knows and has examined you, and reviewed your medical and military records.

I did my own legwork, got all my medical reports in order, drafted up my own Nexus letter and gave it to my MD along with an "Example of how to write a Nexus Letter" that is on the above posts. It cost me $15 for the medical appointment and I have been told that my Nexus letter is a strong one by others who have won their claims. I am happy to share it.

Is there any form of a Nexus letter available for spouses and dependents? My parents are now divorced. Any info or insight is appreciated.

Unfortunately Marcia,
Benefits are not currently available for spouses and children, only veterans stationed aboard MCBCL. Jerry and Mike are fighting diligently to get the HR-1742 Janey Ensminger Act passed, which would put into law that families would get some help. Visit Jeff Miller, government official, facebook page and ask him to support this document and pass it along.
Good luck,

Which does not mean that you could not get a Nexus letter, just that you will have to file a claim form 95 - you should search on this before filing it since you only get one shot on the amount and can not increase it later.
